When renting the roof, they usually pay between 1 and 1.5 Euro per square meter per year. So this isn't too much, but then again, there is no risk for us. We could be looking at 200 to 300 a month here with absolutely no work involved for us. I would love to do solar with some deep cycle batteries to go off the grid. Hopefully farming out the solar is profitable for you.
