		<description>They have some nice tax incentives here as well, but the initial investment for the panels would remain, thats whats keeping us from buying our own solar panels.

When renting the roof, they usually pay between 1 and 1.5 Euro per square meter per year. So this isn&#039;t too much, but then again, there is no risk for us. We could be looking at 200 to 300 a month here with absolutely no work involved for us.</description>

		<description>The Midwest has some great tax incentives for alternative energy like solar.  I would love to do solar with some deep cycle batteries to go off the grid.  Hopefully farming out the solar is profitable for you.</description>
