This is a great recipe. My homemade recipe is 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water, 2 tsp. Leonardite (for humic and fulvic acid), 1/2 cup worm castings, 1 tsp. Great White Mycorrizae, a handful of alfalfa meal (for the growth hormones), and a handful of barley meal (for the enyzmes). It is bubbled with an air stone for a weak until there is no more nutrient fallout. One teaspoon per gallon is used for hydroponic usage. For the garden, it is dilluted 10:1 or a diffuser is used with the hose. You will never use Miracle Gro again! Silicon is a great element to strengthen cell walls and prevent plant stress.
